A cocktail reception will be organised on October 21, Thursday evening
at 18:30 at the Finnish Geodetic Institute (400 m distance from Majvik).

the evenings. If you are arriving late on Thurday evening and

CANCELLATION POLICY

Hotel room reservations must be cancelled 3 days before the date of
arrival, otherwise they will be charged.

The workshop and the reception are free of charge. However, a
reservation fee of 50 EUR for the workshop and 20 EUR for the reception
will be charged for persons not showing up and having not cancelled
their registrations 3 days before the event.

HOW TO REACH MAJVIK CONGRESS HOTEL

For transportation from the airport, the participants are recommended to
take a taxi from the airport to the Majvik Congress Hotel in Masala
(costs about 40 - 45 EUR).  Other instructions for traveling can be
